• Artists work with key stakeholders to finalize design proposals

Phase IV – Permissions (winter/spring 2025)

• Partners work with Artists to advance designs to appropriate bodies for review (eg. Special Committee for Commemorative Works and Board of Parks Commission)

Phase V – Manifestation (summer 2025)

• Artists produce and/or install new commemorative works
