Linsey Wallace

Linsey Wallace (she/her) is an artist born and raised on Providence Rhode Island’s Southside, who works in installation, video and performance. She earned an MFA in New Genres from San Francisco Art Institute and a BFA in Sculpture from Maine College of Art. Linsey’s work seeks a momentary lapse in reality, an opportunity to enter subliminal space to explore themes of connectivity, class disparity, decay and renewal.

Linsey has exhibited at The Lab in San Francisco, Berkley Art Museum, ICA Portland and The Tank in NYC. She is co-founder of Chroma Council, an art consulting, design-build company. She serves as a board member of the Museum of African Culture in Portland, ME.
